Indulge in seven courses presented by notable Napa Valley chefs and winemakers at Le Grand Dîner, the Napa Valley Mustard Festival’s Signature Dining Event, on Saturday, February 21, 6 pm at The Westin Verasa in Napa.
Ken Frank, Executive Chef/Owner of La Toque, recently relocated to The Westin Verasa, and Margit Biever Mondavi of Robert Mondavi Winery, will host the event. The line up of Chefs includes Ken Frank, Executive Chef/Owner Greg Cole of Cole's Chop House, Executive Chef/Partner Scott Warner of Bistro Don Giovani, Executive Chef/Owner Charles Weber of Elements, Executive Chef Aaron Meneghelli of Angèle, Executive Chef Angela Tamura of Zuzu, and Steven Durfee, Pastry Instructor, The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Frank serves as Napa Valley Mustard Festival Host Chef, and Robert Mondavi Winery as Host Winery for the 2009 Season of Events.
Each course of Le Grand Dîner will be paired with an exquisite wine presented by winemakers and winery principals to ensure a perfect marriage of tastes. Beaulieu Vineyard, HALL Wines, Honig Vineyard & Winery, Luna Vineyards, Mumm Napa, Robert Mondavi Winery, Saddleback Cellars, and The Hess Collection comprise the line-up of wineries. The evening will include a silent auction of exceptional wines and experiences. Seating is limited to 120 at $350 per person.
