Don’t miss cooking demonstrations in tent #1, and in the Meyer Food Forum on the first floor inside COPIA.

Napa Valley Mustard Festival Host Chef Christopher Manning and prominent Napa Valley Chefs including Peter Pahk, Executive Chef of Silverado Resort, Jeff Mosher, Executive Chef of Julia’s Kitchen, and Kelly Macdonald, Executive Chef of the Napa Valley Wine Train will present demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Margo True, Executive Food Editor, Sunset Magazine, and Catherine Bergin, Founder & President of Tulocay and Tulocay’s Made in Napa Valley, will join restaurant chefs to present educational, enticing demonstrations.

Savor the Moment, a Culinary Education Company will host the demonstration stage in the tent, with The Generation Chefs, presenting Gallo Salami.
